What information does MHS collect from our users and how do we collect it?

MHS only contacts individuals who specifically request that we do so or in the event that they have signed up to receive our free newsletters or have purchased one of our products. MHS collects personally identifying information from our users during online registration and online purchasing. Generally, this information includes name and e-mail address for registration to receive our free newsletters and name, postal address, and credit card information when purchasing our products. All of this information is provided to us by you.

How do we use this information?

This information is used for internal marketing purposes only. MHS does not sell, exchange, or release your personal information (name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit data, etc.) Your information is not shared with any other third party or company outside of billing and shipping purposes.

myHoneysuckle uses visitor information to deliver promotions and to monitor, analyze and report campaign results internally. This data is in a non-personally identifiable aggregate form designed to analyze general trends and usage patterns.

What are cookies and how do we use them?

Cookies help track a person’s “session” while online. By showing how and when our visitors use this Site, this information can help us to continue to improve our Site. We will only use cookies to view information on your hard drive that was put there by a cookie from this Site. The use of cookies is an industry standard and many web sites use them. How do we store your information?

Your information is stored at the list server that delivers MHS newsletters. Your information can only be accessed by those who help manage those lists in order to deliver e-mail to those who would like to receive MHS’s newsletters.

All of the newsletters that are sent to you by MHS include an unsubscribe link in them. You can remove yourself at any time from our newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link.

Online Privacy and Children

The privacy of children online is importance to us. myHoneysuckle’s Web site is a service site with information catered to adult entertainers, and is not directed to, or intended for, children under the age of 18. In the event that you suspect myHoneysuckle has any information about a visitor under the age of 18, please contact us immediately at support@myhoneysuckle.com so all information can be deleted from our records.

Confidentiality

myHoneysuckle will not sell or release identifiable visitor information to any third party without your permission and will limit disclosure of information to the following, where we believe in good faith that it is required to do so in response to a Subpoena or other legal process; where reasonably required to do so in order to maintain, update or otherwise implement myHoneysuckle data security measures, equipment, technical operations, etc.; or where reasonably necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities to preserve and/or enforce myHoneysuckle’s rights.

myHoneysuckle makes all efforts to protect the confidentiality of all visitors and will never knowingly allow access to this information by any third party. We have made a significant investment in our server, database, backup and firewall technologies to protect information assets. These technologies have been installed as part of a complex security architecture and protocol.

Opt-Out Provision

myHoneysuckle will offer an opt-out in all email transmissions and will follow up with timely removal of requested information from our database. This information could include name, title, company, address, phone number, fax number, email address or other information that has been offered.
